Do you offer Delivery? What is the protocol?
Delivery is available through minervacannabis.ca 7-Days a week for two hour service.
Once you have built your cart, Select delivery on checkout.
There is a $50 minimum spend for a delivery to be placed and all orders over $110 are eligible for Free Delivery.
We deliver to a large radius within the city of Toronto.

What if i'm not home for my delivery?
All Delivery Orders must be accepted by the same person who ordered them. Upon arrival, Minerva Delivery Drivers will require the purchasing persons ID and Credit Card for verification. Once done so, you will be handed your order.
If you need to reschedule a delivery order or have a specific request, contact us directly before placing your order.
Do I need to provide identification at the store?
Yes, just like alcohol and tobacco sales, all persons entering the retail cannabis store are required to
provide identification for the sake of age verification.
Do you accept cash?
Yes, Canadian currency is accepted at Minerva stores.
Can I make changes to an online order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed online it cannot be changed.
You will have the option to cancel and re-place the order.
What if I can't pickup my order right away?
As a customer, you have the ability to set your pickup time wether it be right away or a later time or date.
Only paid orders will have items reserved.
Feel free to call us directly if you don’t think you will be able to pick up you order.
Can I return items?
Items can be returned to Minerva if the excise stamp has not been broken and the unit is resellable.
Alternatively, you can return products directly to the producer by contacting them using the information provided on the product.
What safety protocols are in place at your store?
We will continue to follow all appropriate safety measures as outlined by the provincial and federal government.
How much product can I purchase at one time?
As per the possession laws set out in the Cannabis Act, a guest may purchase
the equivalent to 30 grams of dried cannabis flower in one transaction.
