What is the Curbside Pick-up Protocol?
On arrival call 416 781 3128 with your Order ID to confirm. Age gate through the
glass door and allow a staff member to safely place your order at the door.
How do I get in touch with customer service?
Do you offer curb-side pickup or delivery?
We currently offer curb-side and in-store pick up for pre paid or pay at the store orders.
All pick ups must have Proof of Purchase, Identification and the Order ID matching the online.
Delivery will be available in October 2022.
Do I need to provide identification at the store?
Yes, just like alcohol and tobacco sales, all persons entering the retail cannabis store are required to
provide identification for the sake of age verification.
Do you accept cash?
Yes, Canadian currency is accepted at Minerva stores.
Can I make changes to an online order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed online it cannot be changed.
You will have the option to cancel and re-place the order.
What if I can't pickup my order right away?
As a customer, you have the ability to set your pickup time wether it be right away or a later time or date.
Only paid orders will have items reserved.
Feel free to call us directly if you don’t think you will be able to pick up you order.
Can I return items?
Items can be returned to the store or directly to the producer. Please reach out to us by email with a description
and images to aid in the return process.
Alternatively, you can contact the Producer directly with product returns.
Their contact information is listed on the product labels.
What safety protocols are in place at your store?
We will continue to follow all appropriate safety measures as outlined by the provincial and federal government.
How much product can I purchase at one time?
As per the possession laws set out in the Cannabis Act, a guest may purchase
the equivalent to 30 grams of dried cannabis flower in one transaction.

How do I properly store cannabis products?
Storing cannabis in a safe, dark, dry place is the first step in preserving its characteristics.
Light, heat and moisture are all contributors to altering the cannabaoid content of cannabis.
