Ordering & Delivery

Do you offer weed delivery?

Weed delivery is available through minervacannabis.ca 7 days a week during store hours. Once you build your cart, select delivery at checkout. Minimums vary depending on distance.

Minerva is also available on Uber Eats for fast, convenient delivery.

What if I’m not home for my delivery?

All cannabis delivery orders must be accepted upon delivery. Orders will not be left at the door or with a concierge.

Our delivery drivers will require the purchasing person’s ID and credit card for verification upon arrival.

Can I change an online order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed online it cannot be changed. You will have the option to cancel and replace the order. Call us at (416) 781-3128 if you need help.

What if I can’t pick up my order right away?

We allow for a 24-Hour window for pickup as long as orders are paid for. Only paid orders will have items reserved. Feel free to call us directly if you don’t think you’ll make it in time.

In-Store

Do you offer curbside pickup?

Yes. Upon arrival, call (416) 781-3128 with your order ID to confirm. Age gate at door and allow a staff member to safely provide your order.

How do I contact Minerva?

Do you accept cash?

Yes ‐ Canadian currency is accepted. Debit and credit cards are accepted in store. We do not take American Express.

Do I need ID to shop?

Yes ‐ just like alcohol and tobacco, all persons purchasing cannabis are required to provide valid government-issued photo ID for age verification on every visit.

Products & Returns

Can I return cannabis products?

Cannabis products can be returned to Minerva if the excise stamp has not been broken and the unit is resellable. Alternatively, you contact the producer of the products directly using the information on the packaging.

How do I properly store cannabis?

Store cannabis in a safe, dark, dry place away from light, heat, and moisture ‐ all of which alter cannabinoid content over time. Visit our blog for a more in-depth guide.

How much cannabis can I purchase at one time?

As per the Cannabis Act, a guest may purchase the equivalent of 30 grams of dried cannabis flower in one transaction. Refer to Health Canada for equivalent amounts across product types.

What safety protocols are in place?

Minerva follows all appropriate safety measures as outlined by the provincial and federal government. Our team is trained in responsible cannabis retail practices and compliant with all AGCO requirements.

Rules & Regulations

How old do you need to be to buy cannabis in Ontario?

The minimum age to purchase, use, possess, and grow recreational cannabis in Ontario is 19 years old ‐ the same as for tobacco and alcohol. Valid government-issued photo ID is required on every visit.

Where can I consume cannabis in Toronto?

Cannabis consumption in Toronto is permitted on sidewalks, in parks, public spaces, and anywhere tobacco can be consumed. For full details refer to the Ontario Smoke-Free Act.
